I am 25 years old. I have read at Crossing the Line, La Langoustine and Openned, the reading series I co-run with Alex Davies. I have also read in New York (Bowery Poetry Club) Wales (FOW and Soundbite) & Egham (R;Fest 2006-2008). I edit, run, and inhabit all of Openned’s poetry projects with Alex Davies. Magazines in which work can be found include: Stimulus Respond, Yt Communication Bulletins, Onedit, past simple and Veer Off. My work is also featured in City State: New London Poetry (Penned In The Margins, 2009). I am currently collaborating on an Opera with composer Edward Nesbit. The first part of the Libretto is being published by Yt communication in late 2009 and is entitled Opera: Venus and Other Noises. I am assistant director of Archive of the Now and am currently working on a PhD at Queen Mary on British Poetry and Performance 1960-2008 with a primary focus on the work of Bob Cobbing.
Alex Davies

Alex Davies is 26 and lives in Valencia with his girlfriend, Gemma.
